Sherlock

I am a confirmed Sherlock Holmes fan I read all Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes stories before I was 13 and still return to them on occasion now.  I resisted a modern adaptation…but I need not have.  Benedict Cumberbatch plays a fantastic Sherlock Holmes and Martan Freeman’s portrayal of Watson is spot-on.  The writers adaptation of original stories was done with great skill preserving Doyle’s tone while modernizing the story line has in my opinion been accomplished.
