Undercover Boss

Undercover Boss is just what it says it is big bosses go undercover as a low level employee in his or her own company. In doing so they learn what it is like as a ground level employee. They learn how decisions they make effect their employees. They see first hand how managers handle employees. They find out how upper management is perceived from lower levels. They learn to respect the all-important foundation of their companies. Sometimes they identify especially deserving employees or employees with special needs or that are going above and beyond the call of duty and respond accordingly.

This is an addictive show. This is a feel-good show. You may have emotional moments…no really hard-ass you too! If you haven’t watched this you really should. I watch some of these when I could use a bit of a pick-me-up. Now there is an Australian and a United Kingdom Version.
